Classroom Media Delivery Guidelines
The following guidelines are to insure that you receive the equipment you
request at the time and date you specify. Please make your requests as far
in advance as possible.
NOTICE: 48 HOURS (TWO WORKING DAYS) REQUIRED FOR WEEKDAY AND EVENING REQUESTS.
ONE WEEK FOR WEEKEND REQUESTS.
- To avoid confusion, please put your order in writing. Use one order per form, unless it is a standing weekly order. If there is a room change or a break in times, please use additional forms. Equipment Request Forms are available in the Media Center on the second floor of St. Albert Hall Library.
- Make sure that you receive a confirmation notice and check it for accuracy. If there is any change in date, time or room, please let us know immediately.
- If equipment you requested is not needed for a particular day,
PLEASE CALL AND CANCEL. (especially standing weekly orders)
- If equipment you requested has not been delivered by class time, please call Media Services (x4233). DO NOT TAKE EQUIPMENT OUT OF OTHER CLASSROOMS.
- Please permit Media Staff to pick up equipment at the time designated in the Request Form. Because there are other deliveries to complete, our staff has scheduled their work to the time that was given when the equipment was reserved. If you need to change the pick-up time, please notify Media Distribution at least 24 hours in advance. (Media Staff may find it necessary to interrupt your class to remove equipment should the class run over its scheduled time.)
- For all non-classroom events allow a minimum of two weeks notice. Requests will be handled based on availability of staff and equipment. Please refer all requests to Media Services at 631-4233.
- Please note: All Soda Center requests are handled through Events and Conferences (631-4030). Please check the equipment list at the Soda Center before requesting anything from Media Services.
